Questions

Before you write.

Short answers about this website. They are not answers about your matter.

Does submitting the form make the advocate my lawyer?

No. An enquiry asks for a preliminary look at whether a conversation is appropriate. An advocate–client relationship begins only if it is separately agreed. Until then, do not send confidential case records.

Can the result of my case be promised?

No. Courts, insurers, tax authorities, and the other side in a contract are not obliged by a sentence on a website. Nothing here offers a guaranteed outcome, a ranking, or a success rate.

Where is the office?

The city, address, telephone, email, and working hours will be published when they have been confirmed. They are deliberately left blank rather than invented.

What should I leave out of the form?

Identity-document numbers, bank and card details, passwords, medical records, and a long confidential history. A few sentences naming the type of matter are enough.

Are the articles legal advice?

No. They are general information about Indian legal questions, published on 28 October 2026, and they have not yet been reviewed by the advocate. Law changes. A date, a section, or a case that is not printed here should not be assumed.

Which courts does the practice appear in?

That will be stated only when it has been confirmed. The website does not invent jurisdictions, enrolment details, or years of practice.
